Trees that are planted properly have a better chance of surviving long term. When we plant your trees, we bring high quality soil, to ensure proper nutrients and PH balance. We bring healthy trees from a nursery, and we give you information necessary to tend the trees ensuring the best chance of your trees living a long healthy life!
How much will planting trees cost?
When we quote we take into consideration:
- Type: Different species of trees are priced differently.
- Size: Taller/older trees tend to be more expensive, than younger ones, and are more difficult/take longer to plant.
- Mulch: We can mulch your new tree(s) with our very own wood chips from tree removals, or we can bring you high-end mulch for a higher price, or you can skip the mulch altogether.
- Equipment: Jobs requiring larger equipment, will be a bit more costly.
- Location: When planting a hedge in particular, having the trees closer together will mean having more trees, hence costing more money, while planting them fewer and further apart will be cheaper.
- Conclusion: There is no single price by size. However, after hearing about your tree(s) and discussing your intentions, an arborist can give you an estimate that fits your tree needs.
